Problems with Power Supply on start up

Following the replacement of the 12 Volt Power Supply that supplies the telescope it frequently shuts down when you switch the telescope on. It appears that the switch on surge current overloads the power supply and it responds by shutting down. This can be seen by the indicators on the Dew Heater, which is also powered from the same supply turning off. Instructions on how to overcome this are included in V5 of the guide.
