When you leave the Reception area through the glass doors, walk straight on and then take the next right past the toilets, with the Rehearsal Room on your right.  You then enter a large foyer area with doors to your left.  Go through the doors and then immediately take the stairs up to the first floor.  Room R1 is located close to the top of the stairs.
